‘Fragmentos de vida’ (edición especial)

Fragmemants of Life is Anne Marie Éluard's first photobook and is a record of her experience in the Mojave Desert and the city of Los Angeles during the month of October 2024. The book follows the journey of Anne Marie Éluard's photographic work where nudes and the arid desert landscapes combine rawness, loneliness and the search for answers, always with the aim being beauty and that of a balsam. The work is completed with a series of whisper-poems that guide us along the path followed by the artist on this initiatory journey through the desert where barren lunar landscapes coexisted with people in search of the intangible, where colour is perfectly interwoven with the black and white of her analogue photographs.

Carrying her analogue camera Mamiya, she embarked on a solitary journey that resulted in the special edition book, an edition of 25 units with print attached on 100% cotton Fine Art photographic paper.
